Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement

I had a decent experience overall, enjoying a spacious and clean King room with comfy beds. The shuttle service to the airport was smooth and efficient, making it easy for my early flight. However, I found the room service to be overpriced for the quality of food provided. Otherwise, my stay was quite pleasant, and I would consider returning again.

Had a great time with friends! We checked out the National Aquarium and the Inner Harbor—both were awesome. The hotel had comfy rooms and was nice for a group getaway. The gym was bigger than I expected, which was a plus. The concierge lounge had good snacks and drinks, too.

The front desk staff could have been more informative. I had some trouble finding the ice machine and the lounge key wasn’t explained well.

The location was perfect for our family trip, just a short shuttle ride to the airport and local attractions. We visited the National Aquarium in Baltimore, which was fantastic for the kids. The spacious room made our stay enjoyable.

My kids wished for more convenient parking options.
